We want you to love your clothes and accessories from Spider. But if something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help!

Hassle-Free Returns: 30 Days to Change Your Mind

We offer a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. This means you have plenty of time to try on your new items and make sure they're perfect.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Original packaging is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our friendly customer service team at [email address removed]. They'll walk you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
  2. Important: Don't send your return back without contacting us first! Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Got a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We apologize if something slipped through the cracks! If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. We'll take care of the issue promptly.

Some Exceptions Apply:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges:

Looking for a different size, color, or style? We recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for your desired selection. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without explanation. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
